With the wind picking up overnight, only the more sheltered nets were opened this morning. There were few passerines around and we didn’t catch anything.

Offshore there were 6 Velvet Scoter in the morning along with the usual array of ducks including Eider, Common Scoter, Long-tailed Duck and Mergansers. During the afternoon 14 Little Gull joined the Black-headed Gulls feeding offshore and a single Golden Plover was on the beach below the cliffs.
