12-10-13 CANT SEE THE WOOD FOR THE PIGEONS!

From the very moment the alarm clock sounded on the morning of the 12th it was clear that no  nets were going to get unfurled as the Fuglestation and surrounding garden was getting hammered by east-north east winds!

Sometimes you have to take the Rough with the Smooth!

Although precipitation was not forecast, matter was definitely falling from the sky. On closer inspection and on wiping the sleep from our eyes it was clear that this matter was feathered and it was falling on each and every corner of Gedser!

Due to the shear volume of birds, Team GFU split up and covered the ground & sky Louis couldn't manage, despite his incredible efforts!
